Michel Troisgros et l’Italie, a journey into the heart of memories and flavours. A recipe book reminiscent of sentimental memoirs. The French jury of the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards proclaimed “L’Italie de Michel Troisgros” the best book of the year on Italian cooking in France in 2009 and it won second prize in the Gourmand Best in the World competition in the “books on Italian cuisine” category at the Paris Cookbook Festival in 2010. Marie-Pierre Morel was awarded first prize in the 2009 Mère Brazier competition for the iconography.

Le jury Français des Gourmand World Cookbook Awards a proclamé L’Italie de Michel Troisgros meilleur livre sur la cuisine Italienne de l’année 2009 en France et a reçu le 2ème prix à la compétition mondiale 2010 Best in the World des Gourmand awards dans la catégorie livre sur la cuisine italienne lors du Paris Cookbook Festival.
Marie-Pierre Morel a reçu le 1er prix 2009 de la Mère Brazier pour l’iconographie.
